Information You Provide
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the independent provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those search entries. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it only to respond.
Automatically Collected Data
Like most web hosts, our hosting services create routine logs that can include an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of visit. We review this information in aggregate for maintenance and page-use trends. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How Data Is Used
We use the limited information described above to operate the service, resolve technical issues, measure traffic, and improve the reference material. We do not sell visitor lists or create individualized visitor profiles.
External Websites
Links may lead to Trenton, Mercer County, New Jersey, library, archive, or independent search services. The privacy terms of the destination service control information submitted there, including information entered through sponsored results supplied by an independent provider.
Data Recipients
Hosting and support providers may process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners can receive the automatic data described in this policy. We disclose information when required by valid legal process and do not otherwise disclose it except as described here.
Safeguards and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the purposes described here. Since the site has no visitor accounts, it does not hold a visitor password or account profile that could be exposed.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If you believe a minor sent us information, contact us so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data a service maintains. New Jersey's Consumer Data Privacy Act, P.L. 2023, c.266, codified at N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.4 et seq., recognizes qualifying consumer rights subject to its scope and exceptions. Because this service keeps very little data, a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and available server logs, then removing applicable information. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by a New Jersey state, county, or City of Trenton custodian remain outside our control and must be addressed to that custodian.
Policy Changes
Any revision to this policy will appear here. Continued use after a revision indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
